Toby was asleep on my bed behind me, out like a light, when he suddenly barked and jumped up, running down the little doggy steps as fast as he could…. but there was no sound or anything to wake him. I think he was dreaming about something outside, and it got him so excited he woke himself up and started barking before he realized it wasn’t real. He’s already asleep again. ...

Something I caught with the Sports mode on my camera in the bubblefest, and animated into a .gif :) MUST CHOMP ALL BUBBLES!

The last of the bubbles videos! Toby is a little obsessive about making sure he pops EVERY BUBBLE, so the first section is him walking around biting them all. Then he jumps more at newly blown ones. :3 The night after this video was taken, he kept going to part of the swing set and looking at it. He was getting really agitated and wouldn’t leave it alone. We couldn’t figure out why...

More bubbles! This one’s mostly good for catching his little jump. :3

I bought these Bolt dog bubbles in this little pet store on Granville Island, over a year ago. The bottle’s not very big, but the bubbles last friggin forever, so he’s been working through them very slowly. They’re supposed to be peanut-butter scented, but I can’t say I noticed, nor do I think the little dog gives half a crap- THERE IS FLOATING STUFF OMG MUST CHOMP IT
